Our Mission
The Old Gold Alumni Association exists to continue the bond of brotherhood built during our years at Baylor.
Support for Delta Omega
The Association provides financial support, as well as mentoring and professional networking opportunities for the young men of the local chapter. This creates a continuity of purpose while cultivating our moral and mental faculties and the upbuilding of our noble order.
Annual Reunions
Each year the Association gathers to re-connect and plan over a weekend of food, fun, laughs and bad golf. The 2025 Reunion was held Thursday, August 28 through Saturday, August 30th in Waco.

Ruben M. Santos Scholarship Award
Named to honor our longtime chapter advisor, Baylor administrator and Waco mayor, the late Ruben Santos. The award provides a stipend to the active chapter member with the highest annual GPA as well as any member with 4.0.

Built on big brother/little brother structure in the active chapter, the Active/Alumni Connection pairs a chapter active with a group of alums working the field of the active's major. This provides valuable mentoring and professional support.

Chapter Advisement
The President of the Association acts as the alumni advisor for Delta Omega, attending chapter meetings each Sunday night, monitoring and advising on chapter activities while providing guidance as needed.
